After cutting a required piece and removal of a protective paper tape, stick the magnetic tape on any object. The object can then be located on a magnetic surface.
Magnetic separator to be used for metals serves especially to a separation of bigger metal magnetic impurities from easily permeable mixtures transported on conveyor belts. We manufacture this product in the versions both with the manual and automatic cleaning.
Cleaning magnetic mats / magnetic carpets
As a frequent problem associated with the food production, shoe cleaning when leaving workshop area must be taken into account. Shoes may be contaminated by ferromagnetic impurities (metal shavings, sawdust, metal dust) and there is a risk of a clean operation contamination by this waste.
By that reason we developed a magnetic mat serving to catching of ferromagnetic impurities from shoe soles. The mat is equipped with very strong neodymium NdFeB magnets. The magnets are covered with rubber mats.
Strong magnetic mats characterized by the tear-off force of 87 N! High metal impurity catching efficiency!

Magnetic mat dimensions
- 1000 x 500 x 19 mm
- 500 x 500 x 19 mm
We can produce a magnetic mat with various dimensions.
Cleaning zone location
Most frequently, the cleaning mat is situated into the transitional area, between workshop and operational area. Just during the transition from the magnetic cleaning mat, ferromagnetic impurities are caught on the mat and, therefore, staff shoes remain clean.
Magnetic mat consists of two parts – magnets and covering rubber mat.
What about cleaning of the mats?
- Cleaning is very simple – just remove covering rubber part and clear away caught metal impurities
Magnetic mat utilization
- In any food industry operation
- On any place where this is required by auditors
